Data Deletion Request (GDPR)
At Bove Bove you can have your personal data deleted in accordance with the GDPR.
Here's how to submit a request:
Send an email to info@bovebove.be with the subject “Data deletion request” and state:

  • Your full name

  • The email address you used with us

  • If applicable, order number(s) or your Facebook account (if logged in via Facebook/Meta)

What do we remove?
We will delete your customer account and associated personal data from our systems.
Legal exceptions:
We retain data that we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoice data) for as long as required (usually 7 years).

Lead time:
We will confirm your request within 7 days and normally complete the removal within 30 days .
