What is the game about?

Everdell Duo takes you back to the enchanting forest realm of Everdell, but in a more intimate, two-player format. Together with your opponent (or partner), you'll build a small but vibrant forest community full of animals, buildings, and events that come alive with each season. The sun and moon tiles determine which cards are available from the meadow, making timing and planning a magical part of the game. Each chapter and scenario presents you with a different challenge, ensuring the forest never feels the same twice.

How do you play the game?

During the game, you place workers to gather resources and play cards from your hand or from the pasture, as long as they are adjacent to the sun or moon tile. Each turn, you shift one of these tiles, constantly making new cards available and making existing cards temporarily unavailable. You try to achieve seasonal goals and rotating events that give you direction and earn extra points. After four seasons, the scores are added up to determine the winner; in cooperative mode, you check whether you meet the chapter requirements together.
