What is the game about?

Welcome back to the cozy town of Flamecraft, where artisan dragons run the most delightful shops: from fragrant bakeries to steaming smithies. But have you ever wondered what these busy dragons do during their lunch breaks? They gather, of course, cheerfully clambering over each other and showing off their crafting talents to anyone who cares to watch. In this charming world, you'll meet old acquaintances with brand-new powers, and with a bit of luck, you might even encounter a rare Hydragon — a two-toned creature with twice the craftsmanship. As the dragons stack up and zip across the table, a colorful, cozy scene unfolds that immediately brings a smile to your face.

How do you play the game?

In Flamecraft Duals, each turn you draw a dragon from the bag and place it on an empty space on the shared board or on top of other dragons, forming a stack up to three high. Then you can activate that dragon's firecraft, which allows you to draw additional dragons or move dragons on the board — sometimes leading to delightful chain reactions. Subsequently, you score a shop card from your hand when a group of three dragons on the board exactly matches the pattern on that card. Optional modules add fancy dragons with player powers and fountains with shared scoring opportunities. Once the bag is empty, the game ends and the player with the most points wins.
