Each turn, you perform two actions, chosen from taking orders, gathering ingredients, drawing mission cards, checking the chef's recipe book, discarding ingredients, or delivering pizzas. You collect ingredients from the market via a small tile-laying puzzle: you take a row of up to three ingredients that match in color or type. If you want something that doesn't fit in that row, you grab from a bag, with the risk of spoiled goods that will cost penalty points at the end. Delivering quickly, multiple pizzas at once, or in combination with a mission, will earn you extra tips. Whoever has earned the most money at the end becomes the new pizza chef; in solo mode, you complete at least four missions and place all eight pizza tokens.
