What is the game about?

In Ubongo Pokémon, players dive into a fast-paced puzzle world where they must fill colorful Pokémon-themed tiles with geometric shapes. Each puzzle consists of a Poké Ball tile with two different challenges, making each round feel different and creating a high level of tension right from the start.

How do you play the game?

Each player receives a Poké Ball puzzle tile with a shape they must fill. Each puzzle has an easy and a difficult side: one requires three pieces, the other four. Unlike Ubongo Mini, there's no indication of which pieces you need to use—you choose from eight possible puzzle pieces and must discover the correct combination yourself. Once a player has completed their puzzle, they shout "Ubongo!" and the round ends after a short countdown. Any players who complete their puzzle in time keep their Poké Ball tile as a point; any who don't complete it give their tile to the first person to solve it.
