What is the game about?

On Navy Pier, amidst spinning carnival rides and the squawking of seagulls, three unlikely heroes unleash their energy. Kamala Khan grows and shrinks, keeping opponents at bay with her elastic limbs. Doreen Green sends a horde of squirrels onto the field, each rodent a small but inexhaustible threat. And somewhere in the space between light and dark, Cloak and Dagger move as one — swapping positions, replenishing each other's hit points, and attacking from the Darkforce Dimension. Teen Spirit is the youngest and most idiosyncratic entry into the Unmatched Marvel universe.

How do you play the game?

Unmatched is an asymmetrical card-driven combat game where each hero has a unique deck that reflects their fighting style. On your turn, you perform two actions: maneuver (draw a card and move fighters) or play a card as an attack or scheme. Attacks are resolved without dice — the defender plays a defense card and the values determine the outcome. Ms. Marvel attacks at range and gets a free move each turn; Squirrel Girl sends out small squirrel tokens that can occupy spaces; Cloak & Dagger swap positions during defense and can redistribute hit points between them. This is a standalone game, fully combinable with all other Unmatched sets.
